Jakarta August 4,2011 – Evalube, the lubricant brand produced by PT Wiraswasta Gumilang Indonesia (WGI) achieved the award of TOP 250 “Indonesia Original Brands “ 2001 as the first rank for the category of motorcycle lubricant. The Award was given by Kemal E-Gani – Chief Editor of SWA Magazine which was received directly by Kirsnati Desiana General Manager Marketing and PR Division of PT WGI of Shangrila Hotel.
“The Indonesian Original Brands” Indonesian Original Brands Award is an annual award program held for the third time by SWA Magazine as an appreciation and promotion of Indonesian genuine brands in order to be able to compete both in national and international market. Indonesian Original Brands measures the performance of local brands in three dimensions such as; Satisfaction, Loyalty, and Advocacy. The end result of the measurement towards the said three dimensions is an indext called satisfaction, loyalty , and Advocacy Index (ALSI)
Based on the survey towards 5,256 respondens spread out in six big cities (Medan, Bandung, Jabodetabek, Semarang, Surabaya and Makasar) there are 250 indonesian brands as the best brands in various category such as food, industry, beverage, farmacy, telecommunication, bodycare, automotive including car and motorcycle lubricant. For category of motorcycle lubricant, the survey result concluded that the highest index was achieved by Evalube with 76,06% defeated its rivals.
